Scholarships

Shodokan Aikido Island Bay is running a unique scholarship programme to offer aikido lessons for free to selected individuals who would benefit from learning a martial art but cannot afford to pay the normal fees. Of the five places available annually, we have two spots left.

So far we have one student from Rongotai College, one from Wellington High School, and a young person who has come to us through Barnardos.
